"The [PD] proposal is intended to preserve the existing rural residential character of the property while allowing small scale, limited administrative use and small equipment storage with minimal impact on neighboring properties, Main Road and public infrastructure. The administrative use will serve Metal Buildings of South Carolina, a construction company with no construction activities or materials on site; all construction operations and material deliveries will occur directly at individual project sites. The business will utilize an already existing accessory structure for small equipment storage."
