Located at 7666 Point of Pines Rd., the Hutchinson House is the oldest remaining home in the Clark Community, a Black Settlement community on Edisto dating back to the 1870s. EIOLT is seeking feedback on the placement of the proposed new parking area, exterior signage, restroom facility, and walking trails."
