At the request of the Applicant, the case referenced below has been withdrawn and will not be considered by County Council.  It has been removed from the County Council agenda for Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

ZREZ-03-25-00159: A request to rezone TMS #'s 286-00-00-023 and -037, 1136 and 1154 Bees Ferry Road, from the Low-Density Residential (R-4) Zoning District to the Storybook Farm Planned Development (PD-192), to allow for Multi-Family Residential development with a maximum of 147 units.
