BZA-05-26-00978: Variance request to modify the following required setbacks and buffer:
- Reduce the 50‑foot Critical Line setback by 15 feet, to 35 feet for a portion of the proposed residence;
- Reduce the 35‑foot Critical Line buffer by 5 feet, to 30 feet for proposed cantilevered decks;
- Reduce the 15‑foot interior side setback by 5 feet, to 10 feet for a portion of the proposed residence; and
- Allow a pervious driveway and walkway within the 35‑foot Critical Line buffer.
